INTERIOR: The estate is made of of the main villa with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and the guest house with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Total of 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms sleeping 12 people.

French doors lead from the master bedroom to a large wrap-around terrace with amazing sea views and lots of privacy as it is accessed only from the master bedroom. On the lower level there is 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 full bathroom with shower. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. OUTDOOR AREAS: The estate is set on 4 acres of land. There is a large refreshing swimming pool surrounded by grassy lawn and green hedges and three expansive, private, furnished terraces surround the house, ideal for savoring the setting and Greek island sunshine: Lower level near the swimming pool. The main level furnished terrace is very large and here guests will find the covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue and Greek stone oven. Also there is an area for sun bathing with wonderful sea views. The upper level wrap around terrace is accessed via the master bedroom, an ideal spot for sun bathing and enjoying the views of the sea and Antiparos. On the manicured grounds there is also a lovely Chapel of St. Andreas, a playground with jungle gym, swing set and basketball court, and double garage.
